Wyeth Custom Homes

Wyeth Custom Homes (WCH) was founded in 1989 by Pete Wyeth.  WCH has built more than a 100 Custom Homes in the Austin and surrounding areas including Barton Creek, Hills of Westlake, Kingsland, Lakeway, Marble Falls, Riverplace, Rob Roy, Westlake, and Volente. 

 

After 30yrs in business, WCH knows the value of working collaboratively to help your vision come to life.  It is a team effort from the beginning of the design to the day you move-in, we have the experience to guide and help Create the Home of Your Dreams.  WCH has had the pleasure to partner with several architects in and around the Austin area including CGI (Cornerstone Group), Thad Decker, Alter Studios, Kie Geske, Jim Larue and the late Charles Guyer (Houston). 

 

Pete Wyeth

Pete's passion for building started at an early age of 16, he began working in summers with home builders doing whatever was asked.  After graduating from the University of Texas with an Economics degree 1982 Pete went to work with Friendswood Developers South of Houston, where he quickly moved to supervisor.  A few years later he moved to Perry Homes as a job foreman and was given the opportunity to move back to Austin, the city he loves. Pete then took a promotion with Milburn Homes where he stayed several years till starting his own custom home building business. With over 44 years of building experience, Pete has the knowledge, skills and the desire to Create the Home of Your Dreams.
